I just came across a video clip of hers so naturally, I got curious but, of course it's possible to be born with three breasts. It's called polymastia. Granted, you don't ever hear too much about it because most people who have the condition, probably don't want to be labeled anything out of the ordinary.

That's not the case. She, like many other women, got an auxiliary breast through plastic surgery to gain more followers, as it is not a very common practice.
