Indeed. She's not AI but uses a face filter to be anon which you can see artifacting/skin tone difference at forehead (on her many confusing instagram accounts).

Those milkers seem real to me, they're certainly not a vest (silicone breast forms). For whatever reason (and maybe its like back pain related), she tends to keep em in a shirt which probably helps.
