Off Topic uncensored content onsen-photo.com (see description)

Looking for something close to an uncensored site rip of onsen-photo.com (you might need a VPN to Japan to reach site). I know the uncensored content exists because I found lots of examples of it (see below). There is a small group of models involved that all have fantia and myfans and other websites, and I have sampled that and for the most part it is censored unless you pay for the highest expensive tier that has "minimal mosaic", but I have not tried/seen that.

So, the question is, where is all the uncensored content coming from? A leak? A site I have not found yet? There is enough of it that I don't think it is just a rare or isolated leak. So, I am looking for this content and even if you only can find where the content is coming from so that I can go buy it, and then I could share it myself.

That is a really great find mahl, do you have any more information about it?
If we could find the source of that album it might be a big clue to where they came from.

This set looks almost like the raw photos before censoring, because there are several similar photos of each one, such as you would get with a pro setup where take lots of pictures at once.

Maybe this points to these being part of some kind of leak at some point.

Hi,
I have - on my HDD - what you may call a lite site rip of onsen-photo com. It was done manually - as I am no IT expert - over the course of 4 years.

In your post, you especially asked for uncensored pictures. And how was it possible to obtain them.
In the old days, it was quite easy. The website used pictures named as Image001, Image002 etc., so it was easy to get to those pictures hidden behind the paywall. You just used a website called fusker to display you all the images with relevant numbers.

As far the "censorship" goes, when in the report there was a blurred image, it was mostly named Image001-1. All it took was to rename it to Image001 and you got the original, uncensored version, as it was also uploaded to the web.

In about 2021, they started using more complex picture names, like Image20210101123030456 and it was no longer possible to Fusker them. So I bought access to several of the most promising reports.

My breakthrough discovery was in late 2023, when -out of curiosity- I googled for onsen photos and what I got was the link to the sitemap. You just added sitemap.xml to the address and you discovered a portal leading to three sections: reports, pictures and videos. Suddenly the whole wealth of the website opened before me. My guess is there were tens of thousands of pictures and hundreds of videos. I managed to download all of the interesting pictures, but didnt have enough hard-drive space to download all the videos.

But it didn't last for long, as sometime in summer 2024, this sitemap functionality was shut down. At first I didnt know why, but then I learnt (by Googling) that I was not the only one to discover it - and that others made those sitemap links public.

Unfortunately what happened, not only were those sitemaps deleted, but they were also deleted from the Web Archive. Not immediately, it took a few days, and it saddens me I wasn't quick enough to download those archived pages, as the contained image links would still work. But maybe someone managed to save it?

Anyway.
I have about 10GBs of pictures and 20GBs of videos. But have no idea how to (safely!) share such amount of data.

Hey Unrealman85, this is amazing! This might be just the type of thing I was looking for. If you saved a bunch of it, perhaps there are others with some of that content as well. This has to be the source of the leaks I found thus far I think.

I can't get to those links; I will have to try it with my VPN.

Maybe this means I might also buy a membership and there might still be a way to get the uncensored media.
