Definitely prosthetic tits and also some seriously heavy filter on her face. You can see her face and eyes get blurry at moments. It's also telling that all of her pics with her face are with face pretty much directly from the front and there are no pics with any hair over her eyes since the filters don't handle that well. So we have no idea what her face looks really either.
