Well, in the past I thought her mentioning her "little" breasts or how small they are quite frequently and completely unprompted was just fetish fuel, but now I assume she probably had an actual complex regarding the size of her tits.

I doubt most people would do invasive surgery just due to peer pressure. Or financial pressure, pretty sure her OF sold fine with natural tits. It's always an insecurity game, and people doing sexwork aren't known to be a super stable demographic either.
