well it's because the guys they were with leaked their pics or vids without their consent thts why they cry
because whenever they leak or release content it's because they leaked it or released it themselves
It's a world of difference between showing off your body with some lewds in a way 100 percent verified and controlled by you vs. having intimate pictures meant only for the eyes of one person leaked without consent.
It'd be like the difference of someone leaking your public forum comments vs. your private texts to a close friend.

And as far as I know, you definitly can get those with parental consent... or with a piercer who does not care wether it's legal, as long as you pay him... so, no, the fact that she is pierced and has some of her tattoos in those pictures does not make her over 18 in the pictures... ALSO, they remain revenge porn... to distribute/post RP is a criminal offense in some US states and a lot of countries, outside of the US (while it obviously isn't as bad as UA-/CSAM-Content, it's still way worse than DMCA-Violations for copyright infringements of OF/Passes content... the former is criminal, the latter civil liability...)

The only ones getting upset over comments are the incels and those too stupid to turn off notifications for comments. The rest of us were fine with using the comments for what they are designed for.
