It’s basically not possible to record or download when they turn on encryption—unless you know of a method. You just get a blacked out screen (like if you tried to video record Netflix).

On the computer on Chrome you can turn off hardware acceleration and use something like OBS to record.
I haven't found a better method but that will bypass any DRM stuff.
