just fyi, posting these direct links is how photographers are notified of the sudden flood of visitors to their page/people clicking download and then they shut it down. Especially if it's an account that's still uploading. best to post the individual picture links but that's a little more tedious.

Beyond volume the major concern is redirect history that comes from a porn forum. Just post without https:// and www. and it will show up as plaintext. Right click -> go to chill

I agree that posting direct image source links is the best way to avoid the view count detectors. Even if you removed the hyperlinks and the visits came from a new tab or browser, the counts would still increase.
