This is such an old thread without any real solution.

I miss sites like anonib & other various chans. Why did these die out? Does no one share *local hoors anymore?

You need tor. all the forums on the clearnet that deal remotely with revenge porn coperate with feds or their woners would be in prison . Even this one. You need tor and you need word of mouth + tele or antoher app that outside the jurisdiction of the the "west". Any version of anon ib that runs today is directly and i mean directly run by an agency .
