Off Topic Chaturbate - Lovesense activation by people not in room.

I have noticed on occasion that CB models lovesense (vibrators) are being activated by people not in the room. The banner graphic in the chatroom will say "Activated by JohnSmith69", but that person is not in the User list or shows in the chat tipping tokens. I believe there is an external lovesense site you can control the devices and they are in the room as anonymous and activating from the lovesense site, or am I watching a pre-recorded video?

The models broadcast on multiple sites at the same time so the activation could come from any one of those.
