I’ve started using prepaid Visa cards due to charging back someone who scammed a video and of wanted to do nothing about it. I made a new account and used visa prepaid cards last and was ok to subscribe and buy one ppv. Now I’m getting this message: “Successful liability shift for enrolled card is required.” Anything I can do about this?
