I didn't understand your point. Well, in case you didn't know, places like this one are for this: spreading paid content for free. If you're feeling bad about someone posting two pictures of you, you better get ready in your chair, because more will soon appear. And it's no use coming with the threat of a lawsuit because that doesn't work for me. I'm off your radar.
So I recommend that you just accept that this is likely to happen, not only in your field but also in any other, and go back to living your life normally. Because if this thread goes down, others will emerge, until you get to a moment where everything about you will be here and all over the internet, because the more you fight it, the more attention you get, and the more attention, the greater the exposure.
