On my macbook, when I use Firefox, I'm able to just hit Command+I and pull up "Page Info" which is in the Tools section of my toolbar. From there I can download any media I want for the most part. I assume there's something similar on the Windows version of Firefox, maybe try Control+I and see if it works? As far as I know, it's not related to any extension I have. This is what it looks like when it opens, from there I click 'Media', and then sort by File Type to find the video
