Just like with getting girls on tinder to give you their number or snapchat and eventually send nudes, be attractive, be confident, be flirty while feeling out their comfort level, and get a sense of how into it they are. Just like you can get a feel for if a girl is on tinder to hook up or not, you can be fun and flirty while getting an idea of why they're on Omegle. If they're into it, they're online because they want to get off, it will go there on it's own as long as they feel attracted to you. If they're not, you can't talk them into it.

It's the same idea as picking up women at the bar or anything else. Unfortunately how attractive you are to women is partially out of your control, but that's the biggest thing that helps. The reason the huge dicks get a reaction in so many of the videos is that those particular girls were on Omegle that night to get off, there's a thousand videos you didn't see where they immediately disconnected.
