Off Topic How to see through clothes using photoshop?

I've tried this tutorial but the version I'm using here is very different. This is really old. But the result is perfect. When I mess with saturation, brightness, etc. it looks absolutely nothing like that.

Any good soul to teach how to do it properly using a more current version?
