Off Topic How to upload anonymously?

Im wondering how do I make sure I stay anonymous when uploading? I dont want my Mega account getting banned

Should I upload on a VPN only?

Leaving no trace of uploading is really difficult. VPN won't make you truly anonymous as VPN provides might keeps logs. Still VPN is probably better than no VPN.
