Requests looking for stuff like Facecheck.id Pimeyes but better and opensource

Is there anything out there better than pimeyes or facecheck.id that is either, better or opensource, maybe some kind of downloadable software for Windows or Linux, even for Android OS ?.Basicly anything that dont cost a far bit of coin because most have got paywalls now, even facecheck id, would be awesome if someone could help find some kind of face search/face recognition that is worth it.
