Is there some tool or something which can hack password for specific accounts? Of course only successfully if the password length is not too long.

Straight up brute forcing is impractical for quite a long time now; most of the well-established websites nowadays have a minimum length requirement, using mix of numbers and letters, small and big characters and perhaps also a special character. Another thing is that these larger websites will quickly rate-limit or straight up blacklist you if you try one too many times (or they slow the attacker down using some version or CAPTCHA). And even if you manage to find a match you'll run into the issue that many sites require verification when logging in from a new location. So most of the time it not just about figuring out a password but also gaining access to the email inbox, which for providers like google is borderline impossible without also gaining access to 2FA (because it has become increasingly common to use some kind of 2FA, for a good reason).

Also even if you had the access to the hashed version of the password (meaning rate-limit and CAPTCHA isn't slowing you down), most of the passwords in recent years have been hashed using a modern hashing algorithm which means that even a relatively short password (for example 8 characters which consist of a mix of numbers and small letters) could take multiple weeks to match even on an array of GPUs. But as human nature is we tend to use things that are easy to remember so many times it can be some common phrase, which means word dictionaries can speed up things a lot.

Lastly, please don't fall for any service claiming it can get you access to Instagram or similar platforms, most of these are scams that will just take your money and block you afterwards
