Does anyone have a guide / could someone please DM steps to make these using AI (if that's the tool used)? Can try help with some requests if figured out

I learned from a German language forum. I'll try and translate, and post on this forum. It gets a bit technical, but once you've got it working, it's way better than those shitty apps people keep posting about

The short version I sent to someone earlier:
  • Install Stable Diffusion on your computer. It works on both PC and Mac - I have a Macbook Pro
  • Install this model: https://civitai.com/models/4201?modelVersionId=7935 (4Gb)
  • Using img2img / inpaint to upload an image and paint out what you want to generate
Then you need to learn all the settings and prompts, but that'll get you started. Here's a screenshot of the settings I was using last month:

It hasn't changed much since then. Not all models generate nudity any more, so that's the best photo-realistic model I've found so far.

I also use Photoshop to fix colours and remove filters, and something called Topaz Photo AI to upscale. Luckily I work in graphic design and web development, so I was already using all these tools for work.
