I'm not in here room much but the times I have been there are several people that complain, some probably unjustified but I have seen a time where she set a goal and then as they reached it she started it over and had to reach it again. And heard that she waist time in her pvt some times. I think she is fun and does a good job for the most part but I definitely think she would be better off without the agency rules that she follows
