What I want is for someone to try and crawl/mine for a deleted OF to see if they can find content. I have pictures, video, whatever they need, just need someone to contact that knows what they're doing.

Meh, probably your best bet is doing a reverse image search with yandex and looking up the face with tools suck as Pimeyes/facecheck. I'd save the money and do the work myself.
