Given the recently passed US act, "Take it down"... you know what, I'll just quote wikipedia:
It is now officially illegal in the US not only to post fake content online, but also to create it altogether.
Now... this forum has hundreds, thousands, of fakes, from celebrities, to lesser known models, to personal acquaintances (why on earth would you do that). From the looks of it, this law is quite categorical. I think the site is pretty much doomed unless the moderators put a stop to it. I doubt the hosting servers are located in the US. Or perhaps it would be better to ask: are they located in the US or elsewhere? If they are, I would argue that they should be ruled out immediately. Even if they aren't, I can see a scenario in which this website would be eviscerated if this isn't done immediately.
Thoughts?
The Tools to Address Known Exploitation by Immobilizing Technological Deepfakes on Websites and Networks Act, or TAKE IT DOWN Act, is a United States law aimed for dealing with non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn") or deepfakes posted to online sites and social media applications, typically made with assistance through artificial intelligence. The bill was introduced by Senator Ted Cruz in June 2024, passed both houses by near unanimous votes by April 2025, and was signed into law by President Donald Trump on May 19, 2025.
