My english is bad so i'm sorry if it is not the good section and i don't understand how to get privilege to post in the popremium link downlaod

So my problem is i cannot download this file

You must be registered for see links

from upstore, it says "no slots for free users in your country at the moment".
But the other files on upstore i can download them.

If someone know wherelse to download it or have a premium account, download it and upload it in another online file storage it would be awesome and grateful.
