The two worst I've seen looking back are Ava Devine and Holly Body. It's really a shame since both of them were absolutely beautiful and likely would have aged to become even hotter but then got work done. Ava I could understand wanted to get a reduction and could have left it at that and kept her face exactly the same, she was gorgeous. Then she got work done on her face and tried to go big again which mutilated her breasts and nipples. Holly Body unfortunately just kept getting work done throughout her career when she genuinely didn't need it.

Nicole Aniston is a tragedy, she could have easily transition to milf porn rather than the constant plastic surgeries. I saw a video recently on the front page so i clicked on it, had no idea who it was until I read the comments. It was Remy Lacroix.

I'm not sure if this is considered "going too far", but it's a hell of a transformation. Katrina Blacked became Katrina Thicc and switched up her look from BBW to bimbo. She lost a lot of weight, which is really impressive, and I guess now she caters to a different fanbase.
