Well, her agency, but I have bought from “her” twice and she didn’t deliver what was promised. I always ask exactly what she is sending so I’ve never had a problem getting refunded. It’s more work than she’s worth though.

What did she send? Did you download it? If so share it. As far as getting a refund, it’s fairly easy. Go to your account, then take me to support, then create a ticket. Explain what happened. Take a screenshot of what she promised. That’s about it.
