Contacting support doesnt help, you will not get the refund as long as the contet sold was within their Tos, and basically everything is covered as long as its not obvious AI, random pics or illegal stuff. You can agree on chat on whatever the content, she can send you pics that are worse than CB lives and still be ok with OF support. Trust me, i've been there.

They do give refunds! If you send screenshots and can show the content is not as described. If you request a refund regularly or they decide a vague description matches the content, even if it’s shit, they’ll deny the request and hide behind their ToS and call OF a social media platform. That’s why you have to get confirmation in chat of what you’re buying. Not a 100% guaranteed method, but in general it’s your best bet.

I had everything in screenshots, discution(my request was very specific so there was no room for interpretation), her agreement, all the content that i received and got that "all good according to our ToS". I wasnt lucky i guess

OF not holding creators accountable for mis-selling is crazy, imagine if ebay let the same scams go down. There would be a class action going within weeks.

They can be very frustrating to say the least! Multiple at once will rarely be refunded in my experience. Try contacting within the month of purchasing. And do maybe 1 or 2, make sure to have that text confirmation when they do the vague description stuff. If you haven’t already had a refund recently they are more likely to honor it.
Dealing with the agency era it’s best to lower your expectations and then some more before unlocking content. Often times descriptions have the bare minimum, that’s when OF can point to the ToS.
