That sounds like a bullshit excuse. When I had health issues, I lost 45 pounds. Unless her health issues were depression or some other mental illness that caused her to binge eat.

And I know people with thumbs down or other cuck/white knight defend her but this type of criticism is totally acceptable for models because they're trying to sell their image.
