I mean she is free to say what she wants but if it is a lie her "free speech" isn't protected by the website's terms of service and can be reported for deceptive practices. (Which I encourage people to do against these shitty agencies.) The reason they are so bold now and lie so brazenly is because people aren't reporting them like they should. I have reported this and similar situations. But OF assistance & complaints officers behaved strangely. I have been e-mailing with them for about 10 days about fake accounts and refunding my payment. However, not only did they not give a refund and they said they would not do this, they also asked for a receipt, payment date and time, and I showed it to them.
