I don't know about her b/f but I am certain her page is now run by an agency. I was subscribed in 2021 and then again this year. Yea her page is definitely being run by an agency now, it's a night and day difference. And from what I saw when she did it for free was she barely has had any new content since they took over and all of it is solo. So it is possible she broke up with her partner.
