I've provided detailed instructions before, but they might be out of date now.
Essentially, I use Stable Diffusion on a Macbook Pro using instructions similar to this:

Not sure how you would do it on a PC.
Then, you need to install an appropriate model - one with nudity obviously. I found one a while back that does the job, but I'm always looking out for something better. The model I use doesn't do vagina's very well, but it does outstanding tits
The model I use is called realisticVisionV51_inpainting.safetensors - last time I looked, it was still available but they had pruned the nudity. Here's the link:
The file should be about 4Gb.
That's about it. You use Img2Img (use an image to create an image) and Inpainting (paint over the sections that you want the AI to redraw). Hope this helps!
EDIT - further to that, I use Photoshop to color-correct and use Topaz Labs Photo AI to upscale, denoise and sharpen
