they don’t. He tells them that he will pay and blur their faces but he doesn’t do either. Since they are both athletes with a career in mind having porn of them will hinder their chance at finding a job. Probably went to court against him since they never consented to have their faces shown. You can even tell by Kaylee’s expression in how she doesn’t seem to be enjoying it
