It’s one thing to use the content I post on my reddit but to illegally rip video directly from my OnlyFans is not okay. You DO NOT have my permission to do this as it’s stated right on my profile and I will seek legal action if it continues to happen. Please, only stick to my Reddit content guys. What really tickles me is: You actually think that simply writing that something is yours, makes it yours. And by suing "somebody" (don't know who that would be) you would get your will. My advice is, GO FOR IT! start a lawsuit, and go into debt, and be payed the sum of exactly 0.00 $. One very rich girl tried a few years back, and she actually got the site closed down for a month (or so) but it came back stronger with all legal holes in the TOS plugged. And if you don't think that other girls, have tried exatly what you are thinking, you are seriously deluded,
You have NO legal discourse here. But honestly contact your lawyer, and he will tell you the same thing i did, (see I just saved you 400$)
The site (Socialmediagirls) does not host ANY material related to your "nudes and/or videos", and the users (If they are smart) use different usernames than on onlyfans/fansly/whoresite.
Now, You COULD subpoena Onlyfans for an ip address, but that would get you exactly nowhere, because onlyfans is a business and is they where ordered to release the ip address of a random user, They would drown in litigation, and would therefore not have said business for very long, and since you have no idea who that user is, that places you in the category of SOL.
But I don't have to tell you any of this, you are a smart girl, who would have already figured out, that this site acts a free marketing, No one here would have ever known you existed if not for this forum.
So now you have two choices: Keep shooting yourself taking loads in the face, and have them be "leaked" here, take the (amount of) money, which WILL get more substantial, That is a promise.
OR. you simply quit the whole thing, say FUCK THE MONEY, knowing that your nudes are already out here, and would have dudes cranking their hogs to them on the regs, free of charge.
It's up to you. Whatever you decide, I will support you, because that is the right thing to do.
