Obviously fake. Their body positions don't align of there to be penetration. You have a better chance of her scene in Dead Connection being real .

Everyone please go to Wikipedia and search for the term "unsimulated sex"

I trust the inclusion/exclusion decisions of the maintainers of that page. The page has been around since 2006.

Extra mile can also include any genital contact that isn't penetrative or oral sex

This was a comment to the previous post by lucky_samurai (here), but I decided to post it separately because I think it has good enough merits. So, to understand the context of this post, go read the previous one.

You see, here's the issue with this: go to the first page. The first posts all have movies that were clearly advertised as having simulated sex in them.

SOFIA KAPPEL in PLEASURE didn't have real sex, it was all body doubles and intelligent shooting, the main actress didn't do anything, and even if there are real porn actors there is still a liberal use of prosthetics and editing tricks. The wide shots deliberately conceal the sex action, because there's none. If you watch the scenes it's noticeable.

BLUE IS THE WARMEST COLOUR? All simulated, it's been repeated and confirmed and re-confirmed over the years that all the sex was simulated, by production, actresses, etc. And it's a french production, a moviemaking context that isn't exactly shy with unsimulated or nearly unsimulated sex, which ignores the logistics of American moviemaking, so they'd have no reason to lie.

And many more... with just a quick search, I found that about half of the movies on the first page don't have real unsimulated sex, or there is absolutely no info on it. You can try yourself.

In light of this, here's the question:

Who decides whether a scene is extra-mile or not, exactly? And what counts as "visible sex"?

Because, from the looks of it, people treat explicit statements confirming simulated sex from the production and say "nah, it's a lie, they really licked each other's coochie" regardless. The movie will have all the hallmarks of simulated sex, and people will flood the comment section to defend their delusions.

I got a lot of flack for my post, because that movie (AMMONITE, with SAOIRSE RONAN and KATE WINSLET) wasn't explicitly advertised as having unsimulated sex, but there is enough ambiguity in interviews and a few funny statements that lend to the idea that some of it was real, it almost seems implied to be real even though not explicitly stated. No intimacy coordinator, no body doubles, no prosthetics... and they talk about getting drunk before shooting, about birthday gifts, expressing women's sexuality on screen, planning ahead the two of them alone, not having a lot of crew for that scene, etc. Am I sure of it? Hell no.

But go right to the first page, and all the posts afterwards, and you will see movies that were explicitly confirmed NOT to have real sex in them being staunchly defended by multiple posters and commenters.

Clearly, that rule and that definition you're writing doesn't quite make the cut. That thread is probably comprised of 70% simulated sex, with people believing it to be real despite all proof of the contrary, both analytical and factual. Is the issue with that thread really the "maybe real unsimulated sex", compared to the barrage of known simulated sex that populates it? I don't think so.

Most importantly, even when the sex is real, the vast majority of movies don't really show the action at all, so it doesn't even count as "visible sex". Even the scene in THE BROWN BUNNY isn't really shot in a visible way, Vincent Gallo's penis is barely visible throughout. But we know that blowjob scene is real. Does this mean it still doesn't count as extra-mile?

Because seriously, I see no difference between this:

And this, in terms of how it is shot.

Or this, from the movie MELON RAINBOW, which was confirmed to be a simulated sex scene, and the blowjob is on a fake penis (2:50):

The only real difference between these these scenes is that a penis is a lot more visible than a clitoris. And one could very well say that Vincent Gallo lied about the scene being real, because he's wearing pants, and the flaps of the pants aren't opened all the way to show his crotch. We know it's real because they told us so (and yes, that's clearly a real cock, but that's beside the point). One would have more reasons to think that the scene in MELON RAINBOW is the real one, given that the dude is entirely naked.

So: does the blowjob scene in THE BROWN BUNNY not count as extra-mile, even though we know it's a real blowjob?

I edited this multiple times, this is the final form.

EDIT: I lied, I corrected some grammar here and there

Okay so what about this? This scene is from Kinski Paganini with Tosca D'Aquino? This surely counts as extra mile or nah?

This is an edit I made myself because I love the scene so much.

The last thing I want to see is Klaus Kinsky having sex. Shit's worse than Ron Jeremy. Jesus Christ.
That man was a complete, literal psychopath. He's so bad at it too that I really can't tell if it's fake or not. I've never seen anything like it... it's almost as if he didn't ever see a pussy in his entire life... and the man's been married and engaged more times than it's possible to count.

But knowing what kind of person he was, with his ego, he certainly tried to have a lot of the sex as real as possible. I wonder if those actresses ever spoke of their experiences on set, they must have been awful.

Some time ago, again a guest on The Good Time, Tosca D'Aquino recalled the beginnings of her career, when she found herself on the set of Kinski Paganini, directed by and starring the luciferous German actor. In one scene, she, a young follower of the concert-performer-witch-actor Paganini, is scrambled in every physical way possible for her to heal. The scene is very strong; of that set and Kinski, D'Aquino said, ā€œWho would I want to beat up? In my career, the only complicated relationship was with Klaus Kinski, many years ago I did a film with him, I was very young, and I suffered a little bit the anguish of this notoriously very difficult man. So maybe that's the only case where going back I wouldn't do it again, because I suffered a lot. He was also very overbearing and violent. I forced myself to finish that film, but I was left with a shock.ā€

Welp, I didn't know you didn't know!
That man was batshit crazy, there are thousands of stories about his shenanigans. It's unbelievable that he managed to work for so long without getting axed by anyone in his sleep.
