jeez 100% serious in the US McDonalds workers are getting paid $20USD/hr. I make $16.76/hr working a retail job. I will NEVER work at McDonalds again even if they raised the pay to $35/hr. McDonalds was my first job when i was 14yo and I absolutely hated it.

The thing is, McDonalds posted record breaking profits the last few years. They can afford to pay their workers better, they just choose not to.
