Does anyone know how all these models/amateurs make so much content? It just doesn't seem plausible to me that they all know how to edit videos, get good audio and video quality, publish everything, and are constantly searching the web and serving take down notices.
I'm assuming they hire a 3rd party talent agency or something or the agency hires them and the agency runs it. Does anyone know how it works?

My thoughts on this are that it's pretty easy. Youtubers have been around long enough for people to know what to do now. It's like new ASMR channels that pop up and with less than 200 subscribers they are talking about ring lights, and 3Dio mics and so on. A lot of stuff is pretty easy considering they aren't doing much, and anything they need they can ask a friend who is probably doing it, or look it up on youtube. This is why it's also easy for them to go to Twitch or any streaming site.

The copyright strikes are due to having a scan from a site or something or the person doing it themselves. On pornsites you rarely see how it was taken down. It will either say removed or removed at the request of the person. But only pornhub has that notice. But on youtube it shows both. I have had loads of videos removed over the years and Tara Tainton has been the only one who has removed my videos personally. She basically gets bored and searches her name and anything she finds she flags it down herself. In the last few years she seems to have given up but her videos were super rare at one time because she strike all down. The last time I had a video of her on youtube she gave me a big threat. But since then there's been a lot on youtube but I don't know if she contacted them or if they were just removed because of usual youtube bullshit.

The only thing I wonder from your question is the cost of the amount of clothes they try on. But that's only for the new comers. The big channels have a lot of subscribers so it's easy but the new channels, according to gossip youtube girls, say they are returning clothing after doing try ons. Even bikinis can be returned online. And some are buying fake brands and acting like its the real brand to do the haul.
