Off Topic Blocked site

Does anyone happen to know if ISPs in the UK have started to block this site? I don't have a specific message that it is, but get "page unavailable". However it will work via VPN so I'm thinking it is a network problem. Same applies to file host Bunkr

While ISP blocking sites is a thing it also might be your DNS. Try changing you DNS server to 8.8.8.8 (google) or 1.1.1.1 (cloudflare) to see if it helps.
