PC for sure.
I use Brave browser which has built-in ad block, and I also have a good amount of extensions to help with privacy and (mainly) data hoarding. I like to save things I like, so I have a lot of tools to grab data on my PC.
PC universally has a more robust and complex file structure that you can manage to keep track of said data. And also, multiple monitors. Not even to mention that many forums aren't designed separately for mobile resolutions and instead just shrink the window's horizontal size which can look like an absolute mess.
Also, more convenient for me to use a VPN on PC when needed.
