is there any way to download content from dropbox.com without having the download option per se? So I mean if there is no dl-button, is there a way do dl the videos?

I agree, IDM does work BUT it only grabs the streamed version of the file, in the .ts format IIRC. Probable not that big of an issue but it is a shame when the upload is in 4K and the highest res' Dropbox streams at is 1080p with a rubbish bit rate.
