pains1 That won't download the original quality pic and video though and that's kinda what I want. For pics that's less of a problem, since you can kinda just increase the browser size and then screencap it, but it's still annoying.
I have figured out there is a blob you can see in the HTML though:
But so far I have not managed to find a way to download data blobs.

Damn! Fansly must have changed something on their sites, because now it's really impossible to download images! I've tried all extensions, both in chrome and firefox, even the developer tools doesn't work! Fortunately the videos can still be downloaded.

The thing is that you can get the blob data links via the HTML, but those alone seemingly aren't enough to turn them into proper files.
What I ended up doing was switching my display to vertical mode and then downloading the files in the highest possible version by going browser full screen. I have a pretty big monitor so the resolution is good, but it's of course still not full res.

Bump, because I just found out.
You can download the mp4s if you use firefox android. Just touch-hold the video while it's playing and you can save it to the device. This only works for video, not pictures.
