That’s a they problem and a YouTube problem. 1) they’ve essentially lied about their age to distribute and profit financially from CP. 2) YouTube haven’t asked for age verification and allowed nudity on their app. If you’ve viewed, downloaded, wanked over etc any of those videos, that’s on them for lying about their age and YouTube for allowing nudity on their app without doing their checks.

If you’re allergic to nuts and you buy a chocolate bar without any warning of nuts in the ingredients or “this product may contain nuts” then that chocolate has nuts in, that’s not your fault.
