No is not blocked. Because with a simple search in internet her instagram would be visible even without login since was public. But even if was private we could still find it with a simple search in google. Since we didn't find anything that mean she deactivated temporary her instagram or just she deleted it.
Also, I searched with a completely new instagram account and still didn't find her. At least with the svlkv777

Update. Since I can't edit my previous (pity) comment I write the correction here.
The instagram svlkv777 exists but is private. Also, it seems she blocked me as well since with other instagram account I can access her instagram but can't see any post since is private.
