As I understand it the nudes are in possession of the now ex wife of wormdick jared, supposing they they haven't been deleted. At one point HC did have a iPhone. Its possible some record of them, possibly more, are in the iCloud account(s) attached to her. However specifically on the topic of the wormdick nudes, we all know the ex wife has them, which means if they come out she is the one that did it. That could fall under revenge porn laws, and generally be a bad look for the ex wife.

That being said, if she were to get hacked....
