Since covid really haven't hung out with people as much, even now. Doing my own thing...sometimes if's good while other times it's kind of "ok"

Also trying to get back into the gym more regularly but it seems whenever I start to do good, I get hurt.

In the end, I still try to make the most of the day, keep it positive.

i some what know how you feel i managed to persuade my doctor to bring my dose down hopefully ill be able to feel emotions again soon

Actually, being emotionally numb is kind of a blessing. Otherwise, my mind would be completely dominated by anger, sadness, and disappointment.
