Off Topic How do you X-Ray videos?

Hi, I was wondering if someone could tell/teach me the ways of doing X-Ray on videos (and images too why not). It's not something you can easily find Youtube sadly, as the only real use to that is to see people private parts.

Ultimately depends on how potentially see through an outfit is using Photoshop to enhance what is there (adjusting levels/contrast/etc). Alternatively add a layer of breast then photoshop a fake.
