Off Topic How to Download Videos That Can't Be Downloaded?

I want to download a video from a korean cam girl I love and this is the best video I found from her but I can't seem to be able to download it. I tried right-click (I do have a "Allow Right-Click" extension), I tried online converters, I tried JDownloader, I tried going to "Inspect", but they stop the video when you open that. I'll leave here the video and the deepest I got to the origin of the video itself:
