Usually through the job or mutual friends. Warehouse jobs I had back in the day were meat markets, and I got hit on a lot in my first apartment leasing job. One girl even gave me back one of keys and told me I can keep it. I've always been on the shy side and for the most part, didn't do a lot of cold pick ups and I missed a lot of chances, but every blue moon, I'd surprise myself and have my tongue down some chicks throat in the club and managed to take a few home. Got in some DMs and fucked, even from YT when they had the features there.
Married now, pretty straight and narrow for now.

One of my 2025 bucket list entries is "less porn, more sex".

The girl I was talking to didn't answer to my holyday messages, and she pretty much ghosted me anywhere. She probably found someone to get dicked down by while I wasn't around.
