If I were to buy premium, even the lowest teir to increase download bandwidth and I "import" a models content into my page, or even download it to my PC and the content gets taken down due to copyright or someone flags it as illegal pornography (it happens), what would happen to me? Would I get investigated?

I'm happy downloading this via VPN IP switching but that gets tedious.

Thank you!

I would recommend downloading it to your PC, then uploading it to mega. Since I've started doing that, I seem to have fewer issues. I don't think a VPN will make a difference when transferring directly to a mega.

That said, I've only ever recieved one notice about my downloading from my ISP. I ignored it and nothing ever came of it. That said, VPN is always your friend.

It really depends on your ISP and your local laws.
In most cases Mega.nz just takes down the disputed files to avoid further circulation without doing anything else.

I had a girls OF content in my mega, and she pays some third party to monitor her content on websites like this (yep, that's a thing) and they went through and individually reported all 400+ files. Due to the amount of claims, they deleted my entire account and all 30gb of data. Now I had a free account, so I have no doubt it was an easy decision for them to do that. If you're paying, they may think twice about doing the same thing to you i would think.

Lucky for me I had all the data on a hard drive, and just started a new mega and re-uploaded it all again. But just be weary they could do the same to you.

Personally I don't think anything will happen to you until you're keeping illegal stuff in it, like bestality or pedo shit. At the worst the folder that gets the claim gets deleted , or like your whole account. Keep a hard drive backup for whatever content you super like, and that's about it. I've had 4-5 mega normal (unpaid) amounts nuked by possibly DMCA claims and nothing has happened as of yet. Hope this helps.

I had a Rusty Fawkes mega for about 24 hours before it was taken down. They DMCA'd literally every single thing in the MEGA folder so I got about 1,000 DMCA emails from MEGA, LOL. It's been about two weeks since it has happened and really all that ended up happening was my MEGA folder was frozen until I disputed the claims or deleted the folder. I ended up just deleting it and I still host content on that MEGA account. I would highly recommend you use a VPN and pre-paid cards so that way if MEGA ever has to give your information up they won't have anything on you since they won't have your IP/ISP or any credit card/payment information.
