Off Topic Is this a virus?

If I click on anything here or other forums, several pornsites including camwhores, I get this:

You must be registered for see images

It's usually some random url in the browser, but it redirects to chaturbate, jerkmate, etc.

It even does it on my phone too.

Every adblock I try won't stop it.

I doubt its a virus since it does the same on your mobile phone (unless both are somehow infected)
