I don't really think they're the same person. The quality of the phones even feels like there hasn't been enough time for the person to have aged that much.

The time between photos was about 12 years. The older woman is about 30-31 when those pic were taken.

I say yes based on shape of eyebrows (generally don’t change much over time in most people), cheekbones, and nose. But the first pic from your original post seems to be a different girl because she has blue eyes, rest of the women have brown eyes.
