Eu tentei baixar do twitter usando extensão do Edge mas ficava com erro quando ia ver,ai baixei usando o site ''ssstwitter'' no meu PC roda normal,aparece em mp4 mas pode ser q ta em outro formato,se tiver usando celular tenta baixar o VLC ou outro app q aceite mais formatos,de qualquer forma desculpa o incomodo

Tenta baixar desse site,no PC é só clicar no botão esquerdo do mouse e escolher a opção: salvar video como,no celular não sei se da para fazer downloado prq to sem celular.
